class layout

We begin with a class introduction, a warm up + stretch. We then go into heels or Hip Hop choreography.

We like to finish the class with rotations of smaller groups doing the routine - this is a chance for individuality to be celebrated, and for you to take a video of yourself dancing, if you'd like!

Our aim is for you to leave the class feeling empowered, ready to take on the world again in your own way!
