ADULTS DANCE CLASSES

We would LOVE to welcome you to our Studio! We're all about that feel-good feeling that dance brings!

 

We pride ourselves on providing a welcoming and encouraging environment where you can just enjoy dancing and doing something fun for yourself!

DANCE FITNESS

This is a casual weekly class, designed to get you moving and grooving! You don't have to know how to dance, it's okay if you get your lefts and rights mixed up - we're just here to love dancing!

 

Each week we rotate through our list of choreographed dance routines that are designed to work up a bit of a sweat!

When: 

  • Tuesdays 6:45-7:30pm

  • Thursdays 6:30-7:15pm

  • Classes do not run during school holidays.

 

Cost:

  • $15 pay as you go (eftpos or cash available at Reception)

 

About: 

  • This is a casual class. Each week we text our Contact List to see who would like to book in for the class. You can ask to be removed from the Contact List at any time!

  • In this class we usually dance to songs by artists like Jason Derulo, Meghan Trainor, Beyonce, Spice Girls. 

 

Highlights:

  • We turn the lights down, and create a real 'party' atmosphere!

  • All the moves are adaptable - this class can be low-impact or high-energy depending on how YOU feel!

  • The people who attend this class say that it's a chance for them to do something fun for themselves!
