Heels Workshop

This Heels Workshop is set to inspire and empower, focusing not only on skill development but also on fostering self-confidence and a sense of belonging (genuinley!! We're not just saying that xo). Our fun and welcoming atmosphere ensures that every participant feels encouraged to be themselves, feels comfortable in the choreography and free to spice it up in their own way!

How It Works:

- This class is for dancers aged 18yo and over.

- Bookings are essential, so ensure you do this prior to the workshop.

- Come to class wearing sneakers, and bring along your heels. We recommend a pair of heels that you're comfortable walking in, that come with some ankle support. 

- Wear the clothes that make YOU feel great - as long as you can move comfortably in them! Go as creative or comfortable with your outfit as you like. 

- Our philosophy is all about encouragement and enthusiasm - saying kind things to yourself and to your classmates! 

- In the class we'll do a brief introduction, a warmup and a stretch, work on some technique, learn a routine and then  do the dance in smaller group rotations.

- There is the chance to film yourself doing the dance towards the end of class! We encourage filming so that you can watch it back and be proud of what you've accomplished in class!
