Our teachers create a supportive environment where encouragement and enjoyment are at the forefront. Whether you’re here to have fun through movement or just enjoy the vibe of an empowering community, this is YOUR class!

This class is suitable for dancers who have a little bit of prior dance experience (but that's not compulsory!) and who are 18yo+.

We begin with a class introduction, a warm up + stretch. We then go into heels technique and choreography. We like to finish the class with rotations of smaller groups doing the routine - this is a chance for individuality to be celebrated, and for you to take a video of yourself dancing, if you'd like!

Our aim is for you to leave the class feeling empowered, ready to take on the world again in your own way!

Class bookings are essential and all bookings can only be made online using our online events system.

You can book in advance, or you can book on the night - spaces are LIMITED though, so we recommend booking in sooner rather than later.

WHAT SHOES DO I WEAR?

We recommend arriving to class wearing closed shoes like sneakers, shoes that you can warm up in. After warming up, we have time to change into heels!

Please wear heels that you’re comfortable walking/dancing in already. Ankle support is recommended, so boots are a great option for beginners.

You do not have to wear heels, and you are welcome to change in and out of your heels throughout the class depending on how your feet are feeling.

This class is for YOU to feel GOOD, we want you to feel comfortable while growing that comfort zone.

WHAT CLOTHES DO I WEAR?

Wear the clothes that make you feel GREAT!

We do floorwork, so pants or kneepads are highly recommended. You can purchase kneepads at our Studio for $22.

WHERE DO I GO? PARKING?

4/32 Middle Street, Quandamooka Country, Cleveland. Next to the Little Istanbul Turkish Restaurant – there is usually plenty of street parking available on Middle Street in the evenings.

BE KIND TO YOURSELF! It can be scary trying something new, but be proud of yourself and remember that we’re all about enjoyment and empowerment. We'll be here to welcome you to the class, answer any questions you may have and encourage you. x
