About the event

It's an endless summer aerials workshop! This workshop is designed for aerial beginners - you'll be so super proud of your strength and grace in the aerial flows that we learn together!

What to expect: We'll kick off the class with some beginner-friendly strength work, warm ups + stretches to prepare. The apparatuses we will use are the lyra (hoop) + the silks. You'll have an opportunity to practice the flow sequences + then take photos + videos of your poses!

We'll cheer each other on and lift each other up with the viiibes. The feel of the workshop is bright, bold + uplifting - feel free to dress + style accordingly. We would LOVE to have you there!

Important! Dressing up for the theme is encouraged but please adhere to the following requirements:

  • Please wear long tight-fitted pants like tights.

  • Please remove necklaces + rings.

  • Please no scarves or long material that can dangle or get caught.

  • Please be barefoot on the apparatuses.

Location: Held at Bungeefit Morningside, there is plenty of free street parking.

Waiver: You'll be required to fill out a waiver form prior to arrival, please ensure you have clearance to participate in aerials if you have any injuries or pre-existing conditions.

What to bring: Water! A small snack if you'd like to refuel during the session (ie muesli bar, apple, etc)

Tickets: Bookings are essential, spaces are very limited. Tickets are $35 + booking fee, and are non-refundable.
